A K cut along one diagonal. One point of focus.
The point changes colour with the ground. The letterforms stay black or white.
The corner and the arrow merge as the mark shrinks. The point stays round and keeps the mark recognisable.
Same tile size, next to the competition. Press Squint to blur and drain the colour, the way a logo is seen at a glance.
The field is yellow, red, pink and black. The new logo is the only blue, and the only one whose symbol is a separate part of the lockup. Squinted, the colour is gone and the lockup is as dark and wide as Cognex and Keyence, so the diagonal K has to carry it. At this width the symbol is small, so it reads best with the wordmark beside it.
The business card, 85 × 55 mm. White front for the details with the symbol in the corner, navy back for the full logo.
Wide, heavy capitals sit at 72% of the symbol height, so the name carries as much weight as the mark.
Keep one unit clear on every side, the width of the dot.
